We are Davide and Sandra, managers and parents.

We know what it means to go on vacation with your family! We've decided to dedicate the Residence Welcome to families to simplify and enhance their vacation experience.

It means offering dedicated accessories and services, but also a quiet and relaxing environment where “you can rest at any time”_{(customer quote 2023).}

Creating an ideal environment for families means creating a pleasant atmosphere for anyone seeking tranquility and relaxation on vacation. This is one of the reasons why we do not recommend our residence for groups of young people.

Playground: more friends, more imagination, less electronics.

The beloved play area at Residence Welcome (for all ages) is a great way to keep kids away from electronic devices; it's there to tire them out and help them while away the (hopefully rare) rainy days. The problem is usually getting them away!

The more “odd” customers will also find a bookshop, with books for all ages, from hardbacks to fairy tales, from novels to cookbooks, even thrillers and horror.

Pet Friendly

Like any other family member, your four-legged friend is welcome at Residence Welcome, provided they're already accustomed to living in an apartment. We'll welcome your little friends at no extra charge, provided they're well-behaved.

NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in all areas of the residence. However, we understand that this may be a problem for some; therefore, we provide ashtrays for smoking, strictly on the balcony.
