For 15 years family-run , Welcome is the Residence for families ideal for holidays in Rimini near the sea. It has apartments for rent with studios and two-room apartments furnished for your next beach holidays . Equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning , free Wi-Fi , private safe, LCD TV with digital terrestrial.

Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer . In the kitchen you will find a kitchenette equipped with microwave oven and refrigerator with freezer .

The first supply of towels and sheets is included in the stay. All apartments have a balcony ; some apartments have a terrace with table and chairs.

Studios

The studios are apartments composed of a single room that includes bedroom and living room with kitchenette . The range of accessories is the same as the two-room apartments. The Residence Welcome has studios for 2 to 4 people. All of our studios offer plenty of space and are equipped with at least 2 spread out beds.

All the staff were kind and helpful. It is a very familiar environment and even if there are some small imperfections (which are found everywhere) with such kind and helpful people he does not think about it anymore. If we still have the chance I'm sure we'll be back on the next vacation.

This was the second year in a row at this facility. Like last year the experience was very pleasant! The rooms are large, spacious and clean. The photos are real and updated from year to year. The location of the property is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the sea but away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping area. Behind the hotel there is a supermarket and various restaurants and pizzerias. If you want, you can park your car on arrival and take it back on departure if you do not take long excursions, without feeling the need to use it.The added value is given by the courtesy and kindness of the managers, who in addition to being very nice and kind available to recommend places to visit or where to eat better! I forgot that animals are welcome in this structure and my 2 cats had a great time!
