Given the current COVID-19 situation, the residence will open only for the summer period

5% discount for those who book two weeks, 10% for those who book three weeks and 15% for those who book a month.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation will be confirmed with the payment of a deposit varying between € 150 and € 250 depending on the type of apartment booked.

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, THE DEPOSIT MAY BE WITHDRAWN OR RETURNED ACCORDING TO THESE RULES:

  • Total refund (except bank transfer fees) for cancellation of the reservation more than 15 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund (except bank transfer fees) for cancellations between 7 and 15 days before check-in
  • Not returned for cancellations within 7 days of check-in

Check-in is possible ONLINE or at the reception from 9:00 to 19:00

  • The balance must be paid upon delivery of the keys
  • The apartments will be delivered starting at 14:00 on the day of arrival
  • The Residence Welcome keys are magnetic cards that work 24 hours a day. In case of loss of a card, our staff must be notified as soon as possible, who will immediately deactivate it. The charge applied for a lost/broken card is €5.
  • The apartments must be left with a kitchenette and clean dishes. Failure to clean will result in a supplement of € 30
  • The apartments must be vacated no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Any delays may be counted as an additional day of stay at the current list price.

  • Deposit (obligatory):

    Two-room apartment: € 300
  • Tourist tax (mandatory)
  • No cleaning of the kitchen area by the customer: 30 € supplement

*City tax

It amounts to € 1.50 per day per person for the first 7 days of stay.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

SUPPLEMENTS ON REQUEST

  • Crib, highchair baby food, stroller, changing table: FREE
    (to be requested at booking)
  • Change of bed linen: 6€ single, 10€ double
  • Change of towels: € 6 per person
  • Extra person (only in pre-arranged apartments): 25€/day
  • Token for washing machine (detergent included): 4€
  • Coin for dryer 4€
  • Parking: starting from 6€/day

Available in a nearby car park, guarded 24 hours a day.
